Our approach
We design for keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced motion, meaningful headings, and screen-reader support. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference for ongoing work.
Supported ways to use the site
You should be able to navigate primary content and forms with a keyboard, zoom browser content, use current screen readers, and understand errors without relying only on color. Application forms use explicit labels and progress context.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Third-party content or services may not be fully controlled by We Finance USA. We review important customer paths and prioritize issues that block access to guidance, consent, or applications.
Request help
If a feature is difficult to use, tell us which page, device, browser, and assistive technology you used. We will try to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while the issue is reviewed.
Questions or requests
Use our contact form. Do not include an SSN, bank account, driver license number, or other sensitive financial information in a support message.
