Privacy should be understandable.

We may collect contact information, vehicle and trade details, budget and financial-profile answers, Social Security number, date of birth, device and request data, conversation messages, consent records, and dealer follow-up status.

• The auto financing form requests an SSN, date of birth, and applicable driver's-license details for the selected dealer's authorized credit review. It does not request a bank account or routing number.
• The separate short-term loan form collects the contact, income, employment, identity and bank-account information needed to transmit your request to Round Sky, Inc. and the participating lenders or other purchasers that receive it. The form presents a separate authorization before submission.

For auto financing and guidance, we use information to operate Jada, prefill a form, prevent abuse, route a consented application to the selected dealer or financing provider, notify the dealer, maintain application status, improve reliability, and meet legal or security obligations.

For a short-term loan request, we collect and transmit the information you authorize, provide the returned next step, prevent duplicate submissions, and keep separate minimum authorization evidence and technical status records. We do not create dealer follow-up or marketing permission from that authorization.

An auto financing application is shared with the selected dealer and its financing providers after you review the form and consent. A short-term loan application is transmitted to Round Sky, Inc. and the participating lenders or other purchasers that receive the request under the separate authorization shown on that form. Review the linked Round Sky consumer privacy notice before submitting. We may also use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, fraud prevention, and application operations.

• We do not represent that one consent covers unrelated products.
• We do not place full SSNs or dates of birth in dealer email alerts or ordinary application lists.
• The short-term authorization does not give TredFi LLC or a dealer permission to contact you for follow-up or marketing, or to send text messages.
• A dealer or lender may provide its own privacy notice and additional disclosures.

For auto financing and general guidance, we retain records for operational, fraud-prevention, support, compliance, and dispute needs, then delete or deidentify them under our retention practices. No system is completely secure. Auto-application SSNs and dates of birth are encrypted at rest, excluded from routine logs and email alerts, and available to an authorized dealer user only through an explicit, multi-factor-authenticated dashboard reveal that is recorded in an audit trail.

In the current short-term flow, short-term-only guidance is not saved to our server-side guide records. A temporary browser prefill is cleared when the short-term form uses it. After transmission, we do not retain a contact or financial application copy or create a dealer follow-up copy. Independently saved auto-financing or general-guidance records remain governed by their separate purposes and retention practices; submitting a short-term request does not erase those records or records subject to a preservation obligation.

We keep separate minimum written-authorization evidence for five calendar years from your authorization, then delete it unless a preservation hold applies. The evidence excludes your SSN, date of birth, driver's-license number, bank-account number and application contact details. We also keep generated status, retry and secure-continuation controls needed to complete the handoff; a secure continuation destination is encrypted and time-limited. A complaint, dispute or inquiry may require preserving the minimum evidence until there is documented clearance to resume deletion. This does not create a retained archive of the full short-term application.

You may stop before submitting, decline optional communications, correct information before submission, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or transaction purposes.

The services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy and will post the revised date on this page.
