We Finance USA provides technology, educational guidance, dealer application routing, and related support. We are not a lender and do not guarantee credit approval, rates, terms, funding, vehicle availability, repairs, or any provider outcome.

Auto financing and short-term loans are distinct products with separate applications and consent. An auto financing request, including the SSN and date of birth you provide, is sent securely to the selected dealer for credit review and follow-up. A short-term loan request may be submitted to financing providers for a separate review.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. You agree to provide information that is accurate and belongs to you, and not to impersonate another person or use the service for fraud, scraping, testing without authorization, or unlawful activity.

Jada can answer general questions and organize information, but it is not a financial, legal, or tax adviser. Automated responses may be incomplete. Verify important terms with the dealer, lender, or qualified adviser before acting.

Using Jada alone does not authorize a credit inquiry. If you check the required authorization and submit the auto financing form, you authorize the selected dealer and its financing providers to obtain consumer or credit reports as permitted by law for that request. Third-party providers control their own eligibility, pricing, terms, privacy practices, and websites.

Services and providers may not be available in every state or for every applicant. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or reliability.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on the site is a commitment to lend, a credit decision, or a promise that a dealer will contact you. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
